Rodney attended Texas A&M University, receiving his B.S. in 1990 majoring in Agricultural Engineering with and emphasis on the Structures and Environment Division. After Graduation he went on to work for the Louisiana State University Agricultural Center, Facilities Planning where he performed consultation, design and layout for various agricultural research facilities. In 1998 Rodney moved to Iowa to continue his work in the consulting industry, working for various agricultural consulting firms before settling in at Curry-Wille & Associates. He is a licensed Agricultural Engineer in the state of Iowa and has served as Project Manager on several specialized agricultural research, teaching, industrial, residential and commercial facilities.
